Hello, 

Great detective work in noticing the URL for www.clubpenguin.co.uk.  Part of
the Club Penguin Improvement Project (CPIP) is designed to help test some new
servers.  We are very excited about CPIP and our ability to soon provide better
support for our players around the world.  Your ideas and comments on how Club
Penguin can be improved are appreciated.  Keep checking the CPIP blog to find
out more updates on this thrilling project.

The blog site is not hosted by a wordpress site as we do not require to do
that. We have all our own servers. We did however make a couple of posts on some
different blogs letting penguins know about it! It was all kind of a secret
plan! We are not transferring Club Penguin to the UK however we are creating
more servers to make more room for penguins all over the world!

Ok,Well Alot Of Club Penguin Blogs Have Been Saying That There Is A Secret
Improvement Project Called The CPIP(Club Penguin Improvement Project).I’m
wondering since most of the things have changed and so many people play it.I
have started to play but why is the officel CPIP blog hosted by wordpress?Why
Are They Transferring Club Penguin To Uk?Please Answer My Question .Also here
